Charles de Gaulle to central Paris
Charles de Gaulle sits about 30 km north-east of the city, and the drive in takes 45 minutes to an hour when the A1 is behaving. It is not always behaving: between seven and ten in the morning, and again from four until seven, the same trip can run to an hour and a half. We watch your flight rather than the clock, so a late landing does not cost you the car — and because the price is fixed before you travel, it does not cost you more either.
The RER B is the honest alternative and we will not pretend otherwise: it reaches Gare du Nord in about 35 minutes and it is immune to the traffic above. What it is not immune to is stairs. You change at least once to reach most of Paris, there is nowhere to put two large cases, and the walk from the platform to the terminal at CDG is long enough to matter at the end of a long flight. For one traveller with a carry-on it is the better choice. For a family, a party of four, or anyone arriving with more than they can lift in one go, it is the reason this page exists.
Your driver meets you inside the terminal, at arrivals, holding your name — not at a rank outside and not in a car park. He has your flight number and has already checked it, so if you land early he is early, and if you are held at baggage reclaim he is still there. One car, one price, door to the address you gave us.

CDG and Paris questions
Where does the driver meet me at CDG?
Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Not at a taxi rank and not in a car park. CDG has three terminals and several halls, so we use the one your flight actually lands at — we take your flight number when you book and we check it.
My flight into CDG is delayed. Do I lose the car?
No, and it does not cost extra. We track the flight, so the driver's arrival moves with it — earlier if you land early, later if you do not. You do not need to call us, though you are welcome to.
How long does CDG to Paris take?
Between 45 minutes and an hour most of the day. In the morning and evening peaks the A1 can push it to an hour and a half. Allow the longer figure if you have something fixed at the other end.
Can you drop me at any address in Paris?
Any address in the city, at the same fixed price — a hotel, an apartment, a station, a restaurant. The fare does not change by arrondissement. Give us the street number when you book so the driver can stop at the door rather than on the corner.
Do you serve the Paris train stations?
All of them — Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare, Austerlitz and Bercy — at the same price as any other Paris address. Pick the station from the list when you book and the driver will meet you at its arrivals point rather than in the concourse.
Can I book the return to the airport at the same time?
Yes, and most people do. Book the two legs together and the driver's pickup time is worked back from your departure — including the check-in window for the airline you are flying with, which is not the same for everyone.
Can I book a transfer to the airport?
Yes. A transfer runs in either direction — pick the airport as your destination instead of your pickup point and the price is the same fixed fare.
What pickup time should I choose if I am flying out?
Plan your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight departs. For Beauvais, make it 4 hours — it is the furthest of the three airports from Paris.
Do I pay extra if my flight is delayed and the driver has to wait?
No. We track your flight and the driver arrives when you actually land. Waiting is free for the first 120 minutes after landing, and a delay never changes the fare.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. Choose to pay the driver in cash at the last step of the booking and nothing is charged online. You pay at the end of the trip.
